Real-Time Monitoring: The Lubrication Monitoring System facilitates remote, real-time monitoring of oil tank levels in hundreds of silos. Leveraging advanced technology, it ensures continuous surveillance of oil levels within the silos, enabling users to access up-to-the-minute data regarding oil quantity.
Alarm Management: With a sophisticated alarm management feature, the system provides early notifications when oil levels approach or fall below predefined “low level” thresholds. This proactive approach to alarm notification helps prevent stockouts or operational disruptions, ensuring uninterrupted lubrication processes.
Reporting: The system incorporates a holistic reporting feature, offering comprehensive insights into lubrication operations. Users can access detailed reports encompassing historical trends, consumption patterns, and efficiency metrics.
